About Summer Reading Club

Summer Reading Club (SRC) is one of the most popular children's programs offered by the Whistler Public Library.  It is a free program for children ranging from preschool to grade 7.  Over one hundred and fifty children participate locally, and province-wide, SRC reaches over 88,000 kids with special programs that emphasize fun, language and literacy. The programs are created to be appropriate for the developmental level of each group of children.

The Summer Reading Club program is sponsored by the British Columbia Library Association, Whistler Public Library, and the Public Library Services Branch of the Ministry of Education.
