Essential Meditation Skills
Unlock the power of mindfulness in this dynamic 90-minute session for all levels. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or curious about enriching your journey, this community workshop will cover core skills that make any mindfulness practice more effective, flexible, and impactful.
We’ll explore and simplify essential tools like anchoring attention, expanding awareness, cultivating equanimity, and taking in the good. These versatile skills can apply to any format – guided, self-directed, long, or short – and can support whatever you seek: inner calm, better sleep, stress relief, enhanced performance, personal development, skillful navigation of life challenges, or simply greater well-being.
The session will include guided meditations and practical instruction. Consider bringing a notebook and pen!
This workshop is intended as an addition to your wellness toolkit, and not as a replacement for other forms of professional support.
All experience levels are welcome. We hope you’ll join us!
