Learn to regulate the nervous system and calm the body and mind with mindfulness techniques. Facilitated by Colleen Felgate, Registered Clinical Counsellor and Yoga Teacher.
Learn to develop a better understanding of what causes anxiety and depression as well as other behavioural patterns. Colleen will teach participants to recognize various physical and emotional states and the tools that will help calm the body and mind.
