WAITLIST SPOTS AVAILABLE: Fall Bear Update with Michael Allen

Independent researcher Michael Allen is back at WPL for his annual Fall Bear Update.

2024 marks the 31st year of field research in the Sea to Sky Corridor, and the 26th year of education outreach. The goal of this monitoring is to maintain permanent and seasonal camera traps that help determine known bear survival and fitness across a rapidly changing landscape.

This season, we are offering two chances to attend this popular event. Folks can sign up to attend on either Tuesday, December 3 OR Thursday, December 5. Both events will run from 6 to 8 p.m.
