Learn to Meditate with Susan Reifer
This two-hour session is open to all, whether first-time meditators or those who want to re-energize their existing practice. This popular library workshop explores practical foundations of meditation and mindfulness, and non-denominational tools & practices you can apply in your everyday life. Facilitated by longtime meditator and RYT Susan Reifer.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing appropriate for gentle movement. Please consider bringing a notebook or journal. We’ll have a chair for everyone, but please also consider bringing a blanket, meditation cushion, yoga block, yoga bolster and/or yoga mat.

About the instructor:
Susan Reifer has studied and practiced meditation for over 30 years, and has taught it for nearly ten. A working journalist and essayist who has lived in the Whistler area since the late 1990s, Susan has always loved Whistler Public Library and is delighted to help make mindfulness tools accessible to our community.
