Mindfulness for the Holiday Season
The holidays can be demanding to navigate. Give yourself a nourishing gift by joining us for an immersive 90-minute holiday meditation experience. In this session, you’ll connect with community, enjoy two longer guided meditations, learn bite-sized mindfulness tools to support you through the season, and take part in a virtual mindfulness gift exchange. (No physical gifts required! Bring only your goodwill.)
This is a non-denominational practice for all, no matter how you celebrate the season.
Adults of all experience levels are welcome. Consider bringing a notebook and pen for notes, and if you’d like extra comfort, bring a meditation cushion, yoga mat, bolster, or blanket. Or simply come as you are! Feel free to bring a friend along to share the holiday experience.
Registration is required. Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up.
