New Year Intentions: Mindfulness for Meeting Goals
Start the new year with clarity and purpose. In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll discover how aligning your goals with your core values and deeper intentions can support your resolve and momentum. Whether you’re setting personal, professional, or broader life goals, mindfulness can help you connect with your more powerful “why” and sustain meaningful change.
Through guided meditations, reflection exercises, and evidence-backed strategies, you’ll uncover values that fuel your intentions and learn how to tap into these values to support steady yet self-compassionate progress. You’ll leave this session with practical tools to help you stay aligned with your core intentions throughout the year.
This workshop is open to all levels—whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner. Bring a notebook and pen for notes and reflection, and feel free to bring a cushion, blanket, or anything else that will support your comfort.
Registration is required. Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up.
