Saturday Sessions with MAC: The Importance of Connection and Community

Winter and the holiday season can take their toll on our moods, particularly when we have experienced the loss of a loved one, or are far from our families. In this session we will look at our personal mental health and wellness and what self care and resources are available for us. We will also have some items on hand for us to work on a simple holiday craft to share.
