Whistler Meditates
Join us for our monthly in-person mindfulness session in the Library’s Fireplace Lounge. Whistler Meditates offers guided meditations, practical mindfulness tools, accessible insights, and a fresh thematic focus each month.
Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll discover practices that help you:
- Experience traditional and evidence-based mindfulness techniques you can apply to everyday life;
- Strengthen skills to manage stress, deepen self-awareness, cultivate compassion and more deftly navigate your thoughts, feelings, experiences and circumstances;
- Enjoy a welcoming, inclusive space where both beginners and seasoned practitioners come together and grow.
Bring a notebook and pen for reflection, a cushion or blanket for added comfort, and a friend to join in the journey—or simply come as you are.
Registration is required! Email publicservices@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up. All adults are welcome.
