Black British Columbian History in Three Literary Forms: A Poem, an Essay, a Graphic Novel, with Wayde Compton

Thursday, April 15 | 7:00pm-8:30pm

Join us as we hear author Wayde Compton discuss Black British Columbian history through the different literary forms of his published works- poetry, non-fiction essay, and the graphic novel. Compton will read from all three, and discuss how the different approaches to the topic inform, or are informed by, the literary forms they take.
