Vancouver Coastal Health & Zero Ceiling Youth Connections Peer Support Group:

Gather with youth and young adults to support each other and learn through shared experience and knowledge around strengthening mental health. We'll spend time discussing and learning about various topics such as living through uncertainty, self care and coping with the societal and mental health effects of COVID-19.

This group is a joint community effort co-facilitated by a Zero Ceiling youth worker, Vancouver Coastal Health clinical counsellor, and a peer support practicum student.

When: Mondays, 3 to 4 p.m.

Who: Youth ages 16-24 living in Whistler, Pemberton, Mount Currie + surrounding communities
