Get support to manage the ups and downs during pregnancy and through to your birth journey.
Time: 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Repeats: Thursdays, October 29 to December 3  
Event Details:

Who is it for? Expectant parents; couples including the LGBTQIA + community; those on a journey of adoption or surrogacy.

Dates & times? We will be meeting virtually on Thursdays, October 29 to December 3 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. via Zoom. 

What will we discuss?

  • Topics surrounding pregnancy, prenatal wellness, self care, relationships and emotions
  • Create a community of support by making connections with other expectant parents.
  • A safe and nurturing space that allows you to feel supported and empowered in your pregnancy, adoption or surrogacy journey and onward.

This group is facilitated by Carla Royal, a WCSS Outreach Worker, local Doula & Childbirth Educator and Sharada Clayton, a WCSS Outreach Worker and a Child & Youth Worker.
