You have probably heard a lot about the benefits of mindfulness, especially over the past few months. Committing to a mindfulness practice has been shown to improve our overall health, reduce stress, and boost our resilience helping us to better manage in difficult situations. Below are activities and resources to help you find the mindfulness practice that works for you. We encourage you to try incorporating mindfulness into your routine this week and beyond!
