Join the Whistler Welcome Centre for Multicultural Kitchen! In this session, you will learn how to make Stampot, which is Dutch mashed potatoes with sauted kale. This dish is traditionally served with a classic Dutch smoked sausage called rookworst, however you can combine with any smoked sausage. Erik from the Netherlands will show us how to cook Stamppot live on Zoom.
