Since our monthly Whistler Meditates class has been so popular while we're all in isolation, we are offering an extra session in May! 

Join us on Zoom to shake off the day with guided breathing and meditation practices. Everyone welcome, from first-timers to practiced meditators. Facilitated by longtime meditator and RYT Susan Reifer.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and using a blanket, meditation cushion or yoga mat.

Registration is required! Email our Program Coordinator, Jeanette Bruce, at jbruce@whistlerlibrary.ca to sign up. This is the only way to get the Zoom link for the meeting!

 

About the instructor:

Susan Reifer has practiced meditation for over 30 years. She is a registered yoga teacher and working journalist who has lived in the Whistler area for 20 years.
